Startup Expo 2024 is E-Cell SGSITS ’s annual startup exhibition which provides a platform to the most innovative and disruptive startups from all over the country to interact with thousands of its potential customers, series of investors, industry experts and Venture Capital firms. REGISTRATION PROCEDURE
- Founder/Cofounder must fill out the registration form best to his/her knowledg
- Every Startup needs to pay a minimal fee of 999 Rs for registration
- Startups will be shortlisted for the Expo based on the information provided by them in the registration form
- The registration fee will be reimbursed to the startups that do not make it to the expo in the same account from which the initial payment was made
- Selected startups will be formally notified through both email and call after a comprehensive review and selection process
- Startups who could not make it to the expo will also be informed through email and call
- Selected startups must clear the booth allocation fee of 2000 Rs within 3 days of receiving the confirmation mail
- Upon successful payment, startups will receive a unique slot number and a point of contact from the E-Summit team
- After the selection of startups if the startup fails to be present on the event day or fails to clear the dues the money will not be refunded

GUIDE LINES
- Upon selection and successful confirmation , startups will be given a time period to prepare their startup pitch deck.
- The pitch deck will be reviewed by a panel of experts and changes will be suggested if necessary.
- The Startup Expo is scheduled to commence at 10 AM on March 2, 2024.
- Each participating startup will be allocated a specific 5-minute time slot to pitch their ideas in a closed-door session in front of 30 or more investors on March 2.
- Investors will select startups based on their domain expertise and growth potential.
- Following the group pitching session, selected startups will be invited to the conference room for one-on-one interactions with investors.
- Startups also have the option to request to pitch to a specific investor, subject to the availability of that particular investor
- An exclusive mentoring session will also be held for the founders of the startups selected for the expo at the end of Day 1.
